Big Riff
A 9% DIPA- Hopped with Denali and Citra. Hazy, Juicy and Dank. Deceptively smooth and balanced. Drink a few, write some riffs, take a nap. This can design is dedicated in memory of Caleb Scofield of Cave In. Rest easy.
Casual Friday
5.4% Pale Ale. Casual Friday is hopped with Citra and Hallertau Blanc. Think tropical, white wine, grape must, citrusy melon. A serious crusher with almost no bitterness.
Fake Saturday
4.3% Session IPA. Bright, refreshing and delightfully drinkable. Pretend tomorrow isn’t Monday. Every day can be a Fake Saturday. This beer was born on long Sunday brew days that turned into late nights with friends around the fire, all of us ignoring the fact that we had work the next day. Murph lovingly declared any brew day with responsibilities the next day a Fake Saturday.
Resignation
6.8% IPA, The OG! One of the original recipes when we started our journey! And although the recipe has changed over the years, the same love and passion has gone into every batch we have brewed. Brewed with some classic pacific northwest variety hops along with some newer varieties, this beer is full of mango, orange peel, apricot and piney resinous aroma and flavors. Hand in your Resignation.
West Side Big Slide
7.3% IPA brewed with Vic Secret, Citra and Motueka. This beer is bursting with passion fruit, pine and ripe melon. We named this beer in honor of our new home in West Springfield.
